The project has a privileged geographic location, between the Pacific Ocean (in front of Puntarenas` best beaches) and the natural estuary. The fundamental concept of the project is the enjoyment of a wonderful lifestyle and the spirit of the sea and all the natural beauty surrounding  the Nicoya Gulf (Costa Rica).

There are 72 slips available for boats up to 60 meters in length.
